2021 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
Registration will be open in early December 2020
Girls must be ages 7-18 and must attend Hamblen County Schools in person for the 2020-2021 school year.
Complete and return forms via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop off at the Girls Inc. building before December 14th. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT.
IF WE HAVE A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD, you will receive a confirmation via email or text by December 18th.
If you receive a confirmation, you will need to pay your membership and/or transportation balance IN FULL by January 8th.
New participants: $30 membership Fee + $25 Semester Bus Fee = $55.00
If you are an existing member who is continuing into the Spring Semester, you will need to pay a Spring Bus Fee of $25 at that time.
GIRLS INC. CLOSURE POLICY FOR 2020-2021 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM
If your child’s school classroom or grade level
closes, she may not attend Girls Inc. for the duration of the closure.
If your child’s school closes, she may not attend Girls Inc. for the duration of the closure.
If the District closes or if the Governor closes schools across the state, Girls Inc. will close as well.
If Girls Inc. has a staff member or a student test positive for COVID-19, we will determine whether to make a room closure or a program closure and notify you accordingly.
