2020-2021 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
Registration will be open Wednesday, July 8, - Wednesday, July 15.
Students must be ages 7-18.
Student must attend Hamblen County Schools in person for the 2020-2021 school year.
Request registration forms via email at email@example.com, download from our website at www.girlsinchamblencounty.com or pick up at the Girls Inc. building Wednesday, July 8, - Wednesday, July 15, from 2:30-4:00pm. We do not have a Holiday Only Package this school year.
Complete and return forms via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop off at the Girls Inc. building Wednesday, July 8, - Wednesday, July 15, from 2:30-4:00pm. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT.
IF WE HAVE A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD, you will receive a confirmation via email or text by July 22.
If you receive a confirmation, you will need to pay your membership balance IN FULL by Friday, August 21.
$30 membership Fee + $25 Fall Semester Bus Fee = $55.00
If you continue into the Spring Semester, you will need to pay a Spring Bus Fee of $25 at that time.
If your child’s school classroom or grade level
closes, she may not attend Girls Inc. for the duration of the closure.
If your child’s school closes, she may not attend Girls Inc. for the duration of the closure.
If the District closes or if the Governor closes schools across the state, Girls Inc. will close as well.
If Girls Inc. has a staff member or a student test positive for COVID-19, we will determine whether to make a room closure or a program closure and notify you accordingly.
