2020-2021 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM REGISTRATION: 

Registration will be open Wednesday, July 8, - Wednesday, July 15.

Students must be ages 7-18.

Student must attend Hamblen County Schools in person for the 2020-2021 school year.

STEP 1

Request registration forms via email at misty_girlsinc@musfiber.com, download from our website at www.girlsinchamblencounty.com or pick up at the Girls Inc. building Wednesday, July 8, - Wednesday, July 15, from 2:30-4:00pm.  We do not have a Holiday Only Package this school year.

STEP 2

Complete and return forms via email to misty_girlsinc@musfiber.com or drop off at the Girls Inc. building Wednesday, July 8, - Wednesday, July 15, from 2:30-4:00pm.  THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT.

STEP 3

IF WE HAVE A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD, you will receive a confirmation via email or text by July 22.

 

STEP 4

If you receive a confirmation, you will need to pay your membership balance IN FULL by Friday, August 21.

  • $30 membership Fee + $25 Fall Semester Bus Fee = $55.00

  • If you continue into the Spring Semester, you will need to pay a Spring Bus Fee of $25 at that time.

  • If your child’s school classroom or grade level

  • closes, she may not attend Girls Inc. for the duration of the closure.

  • If your child’s school closes, she may not attend Girls Inc. for the duration of the closure.

  • If the District closes or if the Governor closes schools across the state, Girls Inc. will close as well.

  • If Girls Inc. has a staff member or a student test positive for COVID-19, we will determine whether to make a room closure or a program closure and notify you accordingly.
